Chapargina TRENDS OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF INVESTMENT RESOURCES IN REGIONS OF THE EUROPEAN NORTH The structural changes in the industrial distribution of investment flows in regions of the European North of Russia are defined, the reasons for the concentration of investment resources in the extractive sector are established, and some directions to improve regulation processes of investment activity in the regions of the European North of Russia are proposed.
