NATURAL AND TECHNICAL SCIENCES N.N. Melnikov, P.V. Amosov, N.V. Novozhilova MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF PERMAFROST THERMAL STATE FOR UNDERGROUND SNF ISOLATION FACILITY OF BILIBINSKAYA NPP DEPENDING ON HOLDING PERIOD Results of numerical modelling of permafrost thermal state for underground isolation facility of Bilibinskaya NPP are discussed. Some sites suitable for disposal of SNF in canisters by the depth of the host rock are presented. The analysis of host rock thermal state has been carried out for three-tier disposal of canisters taking into account “water-ice” phase transition depending on SNF holding period. Keywords: modelling, SNF disposal, permafrost, “water-ice” phase transition. lu.R. Khimich, L.G. Isaeva, N.G. Berlina FUNGI INTHE SECOND EDITION OF THE RED BOOK OF MURMANSK REGION The article gives information about the changes in the list of species of fungi to be listed in the second edition of the Red Book of the Murmansk region. The new list includes 18 protected species of fungi (one species was excluded from the list of protected, 12 species were included for the first time). Categories of fungi are distributed as follows: 14 species are "rare species" (category 3), 3 species are "vulnerable" (category 2) and 1 species obtained "uncertain status" (category 4) because there are no sufficient data to confirm its distribution. For each protected species, this paper gives a brief overview of its distribution, habitat conditions in the region and representation in the Red Book of Russian regions and European countries. Keywords: Red Book, rare species, fungi, Murmansk region, distribution. A.G. Oleynik, V.V. Birukov, V.F. Skorohodov, A.V. Scherbakov RESULTS OF THE PROJECT “DEVELOPMENT OF MODELS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO FORECAST PARAMETERS OF ORE-DRESSING INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES” The purpose of the project described in this paper was to create models and technology for integration of the real-time forecasting tools into Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA-systems) for ore-dressing enterprises. The article gives an overview of the results obtained in the course of solving the set of tasks that provide reaching the main goal of the project. Keywords: ore-dressing industrial process, monitoring and control system, computer simulation, technology of real-time forecasting. A.A. Pokhilko, N.R. Kirillova PHENOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON ENVIRONMENTAL SITES ALONG A PROFILE OF VUDYAVRCHORR MOUNTAIN (KHIBINYMASSIF) BYPOLAR-ALPINE BOTANICAL GARDENS: HISTORYAND PROSPECTS The paper presents a survey of archive documents and publications regarding researches on 16 ecological sites along a profile of Vudyavrchorr mountain, information (geodata) concerning their positions and areas as well as their modern conditions and prospects of further research in this field. Keywords: phenology, seasonal development, history of research, vertical zonation. A.Ya. Fridman COURSE INDICATORS FOR LOGICAL INFERENCE UPON LIST VARIABLES Flexible discrete systems (expert systems, information systems, etc.) face the problem of processing halt that is detection of a processing step requiring for a change in the system operation mode (for instance, output a failure signal or invert the direction of logical inference). This paper introduces some universal heuristic indicators to control the course of logical inference in such systems. These indicators may be specified for real data types and provide for estimation of success degree in advancing to the inference goal in order to make a decision regarding termination or prolongation of the inference. Keywords: list variable, logical inference, control over productions application, heuristic indicator of logical inference’ course. ECONOMICS AND INNOVATIONS V.A. Kotelnikov MODERN FUNDING POSSIBILITIES FOR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS The article concerns development of innovative activity in Murmansk region. The text is logically divided into several parts. The first part deals with the question what to consider as a launching site of an innovative process. The author suggests leaving the standard approach where a launching site is the IDEA, and to use another approach when a launching site is the PROBLEM that generates an idea. In the second part, structuring of innovative projects is accomplished on actors who are interested 118
