Different electrons and ions energy spectra behavior and different time delays between particles injection and dipolarization demonstrate that magnetospheric plasma can release redundant energy by different ways having rather similar external appearance in aurora and dipolarization. Amosov COMPUTER MODELLING OF DUSTING PROCESSES IN TAILINGS IMPOUNDMENT Based on the analysis of numerical 2D modelling results of dusting processes of multi-disperse admixture through variation of dusting surface height the authors have to conclude that it is necessary to build 3D digital models of aerogasdynamics of “ANOF-2 - Apatity town” area. Such models will provide for reasonable assessment of potential pollution of atmosphere surface layer when the design height of tailings impoundment ANOF-2 is increased from height 180m to 200m. Razumova GENDER STEREOTYPES IN THE CONTEXT OF ETHNOCULTURAL SITUATION: SAAMI WOMEN IN RUSSIAN ETHNOGRAPHY Notions of ethnic gender and family roles are examined in the article. Author dwells upon ethnic groups which has been subjects of ethnic situation in Kola Peninsula in different historical periods: Saami and Russians. She based on results of current researches by Barents Centre of Humanities, Kola Research Center RAS. Main attention is given to the reception of gender sexual and conjugal relations among aboriginal Saami inhabitants by representatives of Russian culture in different times. Written Ethnography statements are the sources. Texts demonstrate the correlation between ethnical and sexual stereotypes. Saami culture is represented as feminine one. Variability and historical dynamics of these stereotypes are indices of the state of social environment in the region evidence. Bodrova THE VISUAL ASPECTS OF THE KOLA SAMI CULTURE AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS OF PRESENTATION (A CASE STUDY OF ETHNOGRAPHIC SOURCES IN THE 18™ - BEGINNING 20™ CENTURIES) The paper reviews characteristics and ways to present the visual aspects of the Kola Sami image in the Russian ethnography in the 18th - beginning 20th centuries. The concepts of Lapland’s nature, anthropologic data, traditional habit and house form main components of the Sami image. The characteristics of presentation of these elements are revealing the Sami culture as a “barbaric”, “aborbgenal”, exotic by contrast to the Russian culture. Ivanova PROSPECTS OF USING MICRO HPP IN REMOTE AREAS OF THE NORTH The paper presents the hydrographic and hydrological feature of small and medium rivers of the Kola Peninsula. It also discusses the advantages and preconditions for the construction of the micro hydropower plants (HPPs) for remote consumers in the region. Fridman SITUATIONAL MODELLING OF COMPLEX NATURE-TECHNICAL SYSTEMS CONSIDERING SAFETY FACETS The paper briefly introduces a situational approach to modelling complex spatial dynamic objects based on a hierarchical conceptual model of the object. This model incorporates a GIS and an expert system. The approach is exemplified with modeling a tailing pit of an apatite-nepheline ore-dressing plant and one of the tasks of the dispatcher service in the regional power supply system. The modelling process is implemented in a generalized state space comprising both numerical and string variables. This way the modelling system provides usage of expert knowledge regarding danger degrees for different states of the object under investigation.
