Naumova EXCHANGE RATE AS A PLANNING INSTRUMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY OF EXPORT ORIENTED ENTERPRIZES The paper considers the impact of decrease in the national currency exchange-value on economic and production indicators of export aligned sectors by the example of mining-chemical enterprises. Classifies the main factors those are capable to influence on utilized production capacity. Investigates the correlation between selected factors and the concerned economic indicator and creates a correlated model that describes the existing link. Kharitonova FROM ECONOMY OF NATURE USE TO THE ECOLOGICAL ECONOMICS In article in historical aspect the review of researches in sphere of wildlife management and preservation of the environment, their basic results and the practical importance is executed. On an example of researches of last years transition from methodology of economy of wildlife management to the progressive theory of ecological economy (Ecological economics, Green economics), by synthesis of traditional resource economy with an influence estimation on environment with economy of wildlife management and the block of traditional ecological sciences is shown. Shpak ON LOGISTIC COORDINATION OF COMMODITY FLOWS IN ARCTIC REGIONS OF RUSSIA Formation of a logistic model of commodity flows to a large extent depends on the available transport infrastructure. The present transport security of Arctic regions in the Russian Federation is extremely heterogeneous. The article discusses the available potentialities and factors hindering formation of logistic principles of commodity flows on the indicated territories.
