Конференция была посвящена памяти выдающегося ученого, члена-корреспондента РАН, С. А. Арутюнова. На конференции обсуждались темы этнологии и кавказоведения, лингвистического и религиозного разнообразия, экономического развития и региональной безопасности. На конференции в рамках секции «Этнография народов Кавказа» были представлены результаты этнографических исследований Центра гуманитарных проблем КНЦ РАН. Ключевые слова: С.А. The conference was dedicated to the memory of the outstanding scientist, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, S. A. Arutyunov. The conference discussed topics of ethnology and Caucasian studies, linguistic and religious diversity, economic development and regional security. At the conference, within the framework of the section «Ethnography of the Peoples of the Caucasus», the results of ethnographic research of the Center for Humanitarian Problems of the KSC RAS were presented.
