Петров ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ СОВЕТСКОЙ НАУКИ НА КРАЙНЕМ СЕВЕРЕ: КОЛЬСКИЙ ФИЛИАЛ АКАДЕМИИ НАУК СССР В 1963-1988 ГОДАХ Аннотация Прослежен путь развития Кольского филиала АН СССР с 1963 по 1988 гг., когда Филиал был преобразован в региональный научный центр АН СССР с существенным расширением круга его задач и укреплением материальной базы. Основное внимание уделено формированию основных научных направлений и связанным с ними структурным преобразованиям КФАН и его академических учреждений. Научные направления и структура Кольского филиала АН СССР, а затем Кольского научного центра РАН менялись в соответствии с приоритетными задачами, которые возникали в связи с освоением Кольского края. Petrov ORGANIZATION OF SOVIET SCIENCE IN THE FAR NORTH: KOLA BRANCH OF THE USSR ACADEMY OF SCIENCES IN 1963-1988 Abstract The article traces the development of the Kola Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences within the period from 1963 to 1988. At that time the Branch was transformed into a regional Scientific Research Centre of the USSR Academy of Sciences and its tasks and supporting material base were significantly expanded. The main attention was focused on forming the basic research areas and the structural changes connected to them. These research areas and fields together with the structure of the Kolar Branch and then Kola Scientific Research Centre changed and developed according to priority tasks related to exploration of the Kola region.
