The series "Information Technology" represents the research and development results in the field of creation and development o f methods, models, information technology and systems to support o f tasks solving in a wide range o f activity areas. Works were performed within the framework o f governmental assignments and target programs, as well as with the support of RFBR grants. Most o f studies have been conducted with the active participation o f staff and students o f the Faculty o f Informatics and Applied Mathematics o f the Kola Branch o f Petrozavodsk State University. The series is intended for experts in development and practical application of information systems and technologies in various fields o f administrative and industrial activity, as well as for teachers and students o f corresponding specialists at the higher educational establishments. 6
