A method for automatic formation and comparison of different ontologies concept contexts for their semantic distance assessment in the process of ontological integration is developed. The method serves to eliminate human factor in ontology elements informal descriptions. It makes unnecessary special-purpose thesaurus application. Technology of conceptual patterns is treated as a solution. The patterns can be utilized in synthesizing of dynamic models of complex systems and in further application of ontology «extra parameterization». Method and Technology for Complex Assesment of Innovation Efficiency at Initial Stages of its Life Cycle Basing on Mathematical Tool of Fuzzy Sets // Scientific articles of KSC RAS. Information Technologies. - Apatity, 2010. - Iss. 1. - Р. 50-66. The paper deals with the problem of innovation efficiency assessment at initial stages of its life cycle. Particular features of modern Russian and foreign methods and approaches to analysis and assessment of innovative resources efficiency are elicited. Fuzzy computing models for specific indexes in innovation efficiency, namely economical, social, research and technology and ecological are developed. Calculation method for integral index of innovation efficiency is presented. It is based on the estimation of stage and interrelation of the three factors: useful effect, economy and risk according to the sum of specific efficiency indexes. The method involves application of mathematical tool of fuzzy sets and takes into account multicriteria nature and high degree of fuzziness at initial stages of the life cycle.
