73 ЭХО ВОЙНЫ ECHO OF THE WAR In 2006-2009 researchers of the Geological Institute KSC RAS carried outfield investigations on the Rybachy and Sredny Peninsulas. This legendary land is the only one in the Soviet Union that was not yielded to the enemy in the Great Patriotic War. En route, geologists of the Institute were constantly coming across manifold relics o f the war actions during 1200 days of the heroic defence o f the Kola land.
