Выполнены исследования, связанные с развитием инновационной среды регионов Арктической зоны РФ. Обосновано первостепенное значение формирования критической массы организаций, генерирующих необходимые материалы для инновационного процесса, такие как знания, навыки и капитал. На основе мониторинга рейтинга социально-экономического развития регионов России и инновационного развития регионов выявлено, что при достаточно высоком уровне социально-экономического развития
