Специфической особенностью северных территорий являются сложные природно-климатические условия, влияющие на размещение сельскохозяйственных производителей, затратность растение- и животноводства. Показатели Северо-Западного федерального округа по развитию продовольственного рынка в целом соответствуют общероссийским, а по росту цен опережают, что свидетельствует о повышении платежеспособности населения, поскольку объемы производства продуктов питания также растут — в различных субъектах в диапазоне 1-5 %. Результаты исследования заключаются в выявлении перспективных направлений развития продовольственного рынка рассматриваемых территорий, в том числе и на основе укрепления торгово-финансовых связей между регионами. Важные условия экономического роста — формирование инфраструктуры и модернизация материально­ производственной базы крупных товаропроизводителей. Развитие отраслей агропромышленного комплекса, являющихся поставщиками продуктов питания и сырья на продовольственный рынок округа, связано с адаптацией к сложным условиям, поэтому необходим инновационный подход к организации производства, а также инфраструктурное развитие производства, рациональное использование и экономия ресурсов за счет построения сетевого взаимодействия между регионами. The food market is an important element of the country's economy, ensuring the food security of the state as a whole and individual regions. The article describes the basic concepts and indicators of the market of food products, identified the main problems of this market, and proposed priorities for development. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of the food market of the North-Western Federal District and to make recommendations for its development. The research methods are analysis of statistics and modeling based on network approach. The result of the study is the analysis of the basic concepts of the food market and the evaluation of statistical indicators of the food market in Russia and in the North-West Federal District. A significant trend is the growth of production and prices for popular food and grain crops, for which the country has reached a leading position in exports and domestic consumption. A specific feature of the Northern territories are complex natural and climatic conditions affecting the location of agricultural producers, the cost of crop production and livestock. The indicators of the North-Western Federal district on the development of the food market generally correspond to the all-Russian ones, and the growth in prices is ahead, which indicates an increase in the solvency of the population, since the volume of food production is also growing in various entities in the range of 1-5 %. The conclusions of the study are to identify promising areas of development of the food market of the territories under consideration, including through strengthening trade and financial ties among the regions. An important condition for economic growth is the formation of infrastructure, modernization of material and production base of large producers. The development of the agro-industrial sector, which involves the suppliers of food and raw materials to the food market of the district, is associated with the adaptation to difficult conditions, therefore, an innovative approach to the organization of production, infrastructure development of production, rational use and resource savings through the construction of network interaction among the regions, is necessary. На сегодняшний день он представляет собой независимую подсистему общественного производства: обмен продовольственными товарами происходит на основе посреднических отношений между производителями и продавцами продукции сельского хозяйства. Особенностью является характер взаимосвязей между экономическими агентами, занимающимися переработкой продовольственного сырья, распределением и потреблением пищевых продуктов, высокой зависимостью от посреднических услуг. Актуальность данного исследования заключается в том, что продовольственная безопасность страны напрямую зависит от состояния продовольственного рынка как важного направления развития международных экономических отношений. Он оказывает значительное влияние на состояние и перспективы развития национальной экономики. Продовольственный рынок в системе рыночных отношений является важной составляющей из-за влияния отрасли сельского хозяйства на экономику страны, позволяя государству обеспечивать население продовольственными товарами. 83
