В планах предприятия — работы по обе­ спечению вывоза угля с полуострова Таймыр. В 2017-2018 г.г. атомными ледоколами Роса- томфлота было выполнено несколько проб­ ных проводок судов с высококачественным антрацитом с полуострова Чайка в Западном направлении. С конца 2019 года планируется экспорт высококачественного антрацита су­ дами дедвейтом до 75 тысяч тонн ледоколь­ ного класса не выше ARC6 под проводкой атомных ледоколов. Для обеспечения своих обязательств Ро- сатмофлотом, при поддержке ГК «Росатом», продлены ресурсы действующих ледоколов до 200 тыс. часов, в настоящее время про ­ должаются работы по продлению до 260 тыс. часов. В этом случае ФГУП «Атомфлот» смо­ жет обеспечить развитие арктических про ­ ектов до ввода в эксплуатацию ледоколов серии УАЛ в 2019-2021 г.г. Модель заключения долгосрочных кон­ трактов с фиксированной стоимостью услуг позволила обеспечить эффективное раз­ витие проекта «Ямал СПГ» без срыва вво­ да заводов СПГ и , вне сомнения, позволит обеспечить развитие данного проекта в Ар­ ктике до 2040 года.
