Освоение морскихуглеводородных месторождений Арктики требует формиро ­ вания концептуальных подходов к комплексно ­ му обеспечению проектов, доставке персонала и грузов в районы освоения морских место ­ рождений Арктики, основанной на системном анализе особенностей всех этапов освоения ме ­ сторождений, региональной инфраструктуры, перспектив международной и корпоративной кооперации, а такжеучитывающее современные требования к организации материально-тех ­ нического обеспечения морских нефтегазовых проектов. Формирование эффективной интегрирован ­ ной модели обеспечения шельфовых проектов в Арктике позволит существенно повысить без ­ опасность реализации нефтегазовых операций, конкурентоспособность шельфовых проектов в Арктике и их коммерческую привлекатель ­ ность, а также будет способствовать оптимизации производственных процессов компаний-опера ­ торов. В настоящее время арктический континен ­ тальный шельф России рассматривается как ключевое звено экономики в связи с колоссаль ­ ными запасами углеводородных ресурсов, про ­ мышленное освоение которых позволит компен ­ сировать падение добычи нефти и газа в старых нефтегазодобывающих центрах страны. Development of marine hydrocarbon deposits of the Arctic requires formation of conceptual approach to complex supply of projects, transportation of personnel and cargos to Arctic marine deposits' areas which is based on system analysis of peculiarities of all deposit development stages, regional infrastructure, perspectives of international and institutional cooperation as well as take into account up-to-date requirements for material and technical support of marine oil and gas projects. Formation of effective and integrated model of offshore projects supply in the Arctic will allow substantially increase safety of oil and gas operations, competitiveness of offshore projects in the Arctic and its profitable attractiveness as well as it will contribute to optimization of companies- operators production processes. Currently, Russian Arctic continental shelf is considered as a key point of economy due to large- scale stocks of hydrocarbon resources. Its industrial development will allow compensating the decrease of oil and gas development in old oil and gas producing centers of the country [9]. Over the last years, the interest to the Arctic region from the global community increased significantly.
