ñóäíà îñíàùåíû ñèñòåìîé äèíàìè÷åñêîãî ïîçèöèîíèðî- âàíèÿ (DP-2), êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëÿåò íàäåæíî óäåðæèâàòü êî- ðàáëü íà îäíîé òî÷êå äàæå ïðè íàëè÷èè âåòðà è âîëí. Äëÿ îñóùåñòâëåíèÿ âåðòîëåòíîãî ñîîáùåíèÿ ñ ðàéîíîì ðàáîò Äîëãèíñêîãî ìåñòîðîæäåíèÿ áûë ðàñøèðåí ïóíêò ïðîïóñêà ÷åðåç ãîñóäàðñòâåííóþ ãðàíèöó â àýðîïîðòó Âà- ðàíäåé, êîòîðûé ðàíåå ôóíêöèîíèðîâàë òîëüêî äëÿ ïîëå- òîâ íà ïëàòôîðìó Ïðèðàçëîìíàÿ. Ïëàòôîðìà Saturn èìååò íåîáõîäèìûå äîïóñêè íà îñó- ùåñòâëåíèå áóðîâûõ ðàáîò íà àðêòè÷åñêîì øåëüôå.  2009 ã. ïëàòôîðìà ïðîøëà ïîëíóþ ìîäåðíèçàöèþ, âêëþ÷àþùóþ ìîíòàæ ñîâðåìåííîãî áóðîâîãî è ñóäîâîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ, à òàêæå ñïåöèàëüíóþ ïîäãîòîâêó äëÿ ðàáîòû â ñåâåðíûõ øèðî- òàõ â óñëîâèÿõ ñóùåñòâåííûõ âåòðîâûõ è âîëíîâûõ íàãðóçîê. Ñ 2009 ã. ÑÏÁÓ Saturn èìååò äîïóñê Íèäåðëàíäîâ è Äàíèè íà îñóùåñòâëåíèå áóðîâûõ ðàáîò íà øåëüôå Ñåâåðíîãî ìîðÿ, ÷òî ñâèäåòåëüñòâóåò î åå ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñîâðåìåííûì ìåæäó- íàðîäíûì ñòàíäàðòàì ïðîìûøëåííîé è ýêîëîãè÷åñêîé áåç- îïàñíîñòè.  2013 ã. ïëàòôîðìà îñóùåñòâëÿëà áóðîâûå ðà- áîòû íà îäíîì èç ïðîåêòîâ êîìïàíèè Wintershall â Ñåâåðíîì ìîðå.  àïðåëå 2014 ã. çàâåðøèëàñü î÷åðåäíàÿ èíñïåêöèÿ ïëàòôîðìû îðãàíèçàöèåé American Bureauof Shipping, êî- òîðàÿ ïîäòâåðäèëà ñîîòâåòñòâèå óñòàíîâêè âñåì íåîáõîäè- ìûì òðåáîâàíèÿì è ñòàíäàðòàì äëÿ âûïîëíåíèÿ áåçîïàñíî- ãî áóðåíèÿ ñêâàæèí. Î ãîòîâíîñòè ÑÏÁÓ ê ðàáîòàì â àðêòè÷åñêèõ øèðîòàõ òàê- æå ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò ðåçóëüòàòû ïðîâåðêè, ïðîâåäåííîé ñïå- öèàëèñòàìè Lloyd’s Register - êîìïàíèè, ÿâëÿþùåéñÿ ìèðî- âûì ëèäåðîì ïî îñóùåñòâëåíèþ íåçàâèñèìûõ òåõíè÷åñêèõ èíñïåêöèé ìîðñêèõ áóðîâûõ óñòàíîâîê.  ìàå 2014 ã. àóäè- òîð ïîäòâåðäèë, ÷òî âñå ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ, íåîáõîäèìûå äëÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèè óñòàíîâêè â ñóðîâûõ êëèìàòè÷åñêèõ óñëîâèÿõ, áûëè âûïîëíåíû. Êðîìå òîãî, â êîíöå ìàÿ 2014 ã. Ðîñòåõ- íàäçîð ïðîâåë âûåçäíîé àóäèò ïëàòôîðìû, óñòàíîâèâ, ÷òî áóðîâàÿ óñòàíîâêà îòâå÷àåò âñåì òðåáîâàíèÿì ðîññèéñêîãî çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâà â ñôåðå ïðîìûøëåííîé è ýêîëîãè÷åñêîé áåçîïàñíîñòè. Äîëãèíñêîå íåôòÿíîå ìåñòîðîæäåíèå ðàñïîëîæåíî â öåíòðàëüíîé ÷àñòè Ïå÷îðñêîãî ìîðÿ â 120 êì ê þãó îò àð- õèïåëàãà Íîâàÿ Çåìëÿ è â 110 êì ê ñåâåðó îò ìàòåðèêîâîãî áåðåãà. Ìåñòîðîæäåíèå îòêðûòî â 1999 ã. Íà ìåñòîðîæäå- íèè ïðîâåäåíû ñåéñìîðàçâåäî÷íûå ðàáîòû ìåòîäîì 2D â îáúåìå áîëåå 11 òûñ ïîãîííûõ êì, à òàêæå ñåéñìè÷å- ñêèå èññëåäîâàíèÿ ìåòîäîì 3D íà ïëîùàäè 1,6 òûñ êì 2 . Âûïîëíåíî áóðåíèå òðåõ ðàçâåäî÷íûõ ñêâàæèí - äâóõ Ñå- âåðî-Äîëãèíñêèõ è îäíîé Þæíî-Äîëãèíñêîé.  2014 ãîäó áóäåò ïðîáóðåíà ÷åòâåðòàÿ ðàçâåäî÷íàÿ ñêâàæèíà - Ñåâå- ðî-Äîëãèíñêàÿ № 3.  íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ èçâëåêàåìûå çà- ïàñû ìåñòîðîæäåíèÿ îöåíèâàþòñÿ áîëåå ÷åì â 200 ìëí ò íåôòÿíîãî ýêâèâàëåíòà. Cargo turnover of the Arctic basin terminals for the report period is 20, 2 million tons(-24, 7%). “Gazprom neft” began prospecting drilling in Kurdistan (Iraq) “Gazprom neft” began prospecting drilling on the block “Shakal”. The company plans to start drilling the second similar well, because the aim of this project is to study two layers of “Shakal” and to organize hydrodynamic researches. According to the project plan, all tests of wells will be finished in approximate period from the end of 2014 till the beginning of the next year. The contractor of this project is “Grey Wolf”, Canadian company with impressive experience in this region. The deepest point of the wells will be 3, 5 thousand meters. Earlier there were carried 2D seismic explorations in more than 1 thousand kilometers and drilled the first well on the “Shakal”. With entering of “Gazprom neft” in this project, it met 3D seismic operations for territory in 290 km 2 . “Gazprom neft” participates in three projects in Kurdistan, Iraq. The first is “Shakal”, the second is “Halabja” where the company realizes geological exploration and plans to start in 2014 year there 2 D seismic operations for 1 thousand kilometers, in 2015-2016 even to drill the first prospecting well. Moreover, the third project of “Gazprom neft” is the development of “Garmian” where now they continue to make
