Äëÿ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ øåëüôîâûõ ïðîåêòîâ â çàïàäíîé Àðê- òèêå êîìïàíèÿ «Ðîñíåôòü» ïëàíèðóåò ðàçìåñòèòü â Ìóð- ìàíñêîé îáëàñòè îïîðíóþ áåðåãîâóþ áàçó (íà ìîùíîñòÿõ 82 ñóäîðåìîíòíîãî çàâîäà) è çàâîäû ïî ïðîèçâîäñòâó ïîäâîäíîé àðìàòóðû, áåòîííûõ áëîêîâ, âåðòîäðîì íà íåñ- êîëüêî äåñÿòêîâ åäèíèö àâèàòåõíèêè, ëîãèñòè÷åñêóþ, ïåðåâàëî÷íóþ è ñêëàäñêóþ áàçû. C ñîçäàíèåì îïîðíîé áåðåãîâîé áàçû íà 82 ñóäîðåìîíòíîì çàâîäå áóäóò âîñ- òðåáîâàíû íå òîëüêî èìåþùèåñÿ ñïåöèàëèñòû ýòîãî ïðåä- ïðèÿòèÿ, íî è äîïîëíèòåëüíî ïîòðåáóåòñÿ îêîëî äâóõ òû- ñÿ÷ íîâûõ. Ýòè ðàáî÷èå ìåñòà áóäóò ñîçäàíû â òå÷åíèå áëèæàéøèõ ïÿòè ëåò è ïðàêòè÷åñêè âñå îíè áóäóò çàïîëíå- íû æèòåëÿìè Ìóðìàíñêîé îáëàñòè. Июль 2014 г. Ïðîãðàììà ðàáîò, êîòîðóþ âûïîëíèò êîìïàíèÿ â ìåæ- ëåäîâûé ïåðèîä 2014 ã., ïðåäóñìàòðèâàåò áóðåíèå îäíîé ñêâàæèíû ãëóáèíîé 3,5 òûñ ì è ïðîâåäåíèå ïîëíîãî êîì- ïëåêñà åå ãåîëîãè÷åñêèõ èññëåäîâàíèé. Ïðè ðàçðàáîòêå ïàðàìåòðîâ ïðîãðàììû áûë ïîäðîáíî ïðîàíàëèçèðîâàí îïûò âûïîëíåíèÿ ðàáîò íà øåëüôå Ïå÷îðñêîãî ìîðÿ, â òîì ÷èñëå íà ðàñïîëîæåííîì â îòíîñèòåëüíîé áëèçîñòè Ïðèðàçëîìíîì ìåñòîðîæäåíèè, îïåðàòîðîì ïî îñâîåíèþ êîòîðîãî òàêæå ÿâëÿåòñÿ Ãàçïðîì íåôòü. Ïîëó÷åííûå ðåçóëüòàòû ïîçâîëÿò ñôîðìèðîâàòü äàëü- íåéøóþ ïðîãðàììó èçó÷åíèÿ ìåñòîðîæäåíèÿ è ïîäãîòî- âèòüñÿ ê ðàçâåäî÷íîìó áóðåíèþ â ìåæëåäîâûå ïåðèîäû áëèæàéøèõ ëåò. Áóðåíèå è èñïûòàíèå ñêâàæèíû â 2014 ã. áóäåò âûïîë- íÿòüñÿ ïðè ïîìîùè ñàìîïîäúåìíîé áóðîâîé óñòàíîâêè (ÑÏÁÓ) GSP Saturn, ïðèáûâøåé íà ìåñòîðîæäåíèå â ñå- ðåäèíå èþíÿ 2014 ã. è óñòàíîâëåííîé íåïîñðåäñòâåííî íà äíî ìîðÿ, ãëóáèíà êîòîðîãî â ýòîì ðàéîíå ñîñòàâëÿåò 35-55 ì. Ïëàòôîðìà èìååò íåîáõîäèìûå äîïóñêè äëÿ âûïîëíå- íèÿ áóðîâûõ ðàáîò íà øåëüôå ñåâåðíûõ ìîðåé, ïðîøëà äîïîëíèòåëüíóþ ìîäåðíèçàöèþ è âñå íåîáõîäèìûå àóäè- òû, ïðîâåäåííûå ìåæäóíàðîäíûìè è ðîññèéñêèìè ñïåöèà- ëèçèðîâàííûìè îðãàíèçàöèÿìè. Èõ çàêëþ÷åíèÿ ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò î ïîëíîé ãîòîâíîñòè ÑÏÁÓ Saturn ê áóðåíèþ ðàçâåäî÷íîé ñêâàæèíû â Ïå÷îðñ- êîì ìîðå. Äëÿ ñòðîèòåëüñòâà ñêâàæèíû áóäóò ïðèìåíÿòüñÿ ïåðåäîâûå òåõíîëîãè÷åñêèå ðåøåíèÿ.  ÷àñòíîñòè, â ïðî- öåññå áóðåíèÿ èñïîëüçóþòñÿ ýêîëîãè÷åñêè áåçîïàñíûå áó- ðîâûå ðàñòâîðû íà âîäíîé îñíîâå. Ðîòîðíàÿ óïðàâëÿåìàÿ ñèñòåìà àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî ïîääåðæàíèÿ âåðòèêàëüíîñòè ñêâàæèíû ïîçâîëèò ñîêðàòèòü âðåìÿ áóðåíèÿ è êîëè÷å- ñòâî áóðîâîãî øëàìà. Äëÿ ðåàëèçàöèè ïðèíöèïà íóëåâîãî ñáðîñà âåñü îòðàáîòàííûé áóðîâîé ðàñòâîð è øëàì áóäóò âûâîçèòüñÿ íà ñóøó äëÿ äàëüíåéøåé óòèëèçàöèè. All these things will help to provide shelf projects in the western Arctic. The coast base will provide workplaces not only for those who have already been working at “82” ship yard, but it will need about two thousand employees more. July, 2014 “Gazpromneft-Sakhalin” began drilling a new exploratory well at Dolginskoe oil field on the Pechora Sea shelf. The plan of the company for the ice-free period covers drilling a well with depth in 3, 5 thousand miles and providing the whole complex of its geological exploration. The details of this plan were worked out according to the data of analyses of previous drilling operations on the Pechora Sea shelf, including those ones near Prirazlomnoe field (operator of this field is “Gazprom neft”). The results will help to form the further programme to study and develop different fields as well as to make preparations for exploratory drilling during the ice-free periods in the near future. The drilling operation and examination of the well in this year will be done with the help of a self-elevating drilling device “GSP Saturn”. It was transported to the field in the middle of June, 2014 and installed directly at the bottom of the sea with the depth in 35-55 meters. The rig has got all necessary admissions to carry out the drilling operations on the Northern sea shelf. Besides, it was additionally improved and audited by both Russian and international specialized organizations. According to their words, the self-elevating drilling device “GSP Saturn” is absolutely ready to start the drilling operation of an exploratory well in the Pechora Sea. The company will use the advanced technologies in order to make this well, for example, they apply the specific drilling muds on the water base during the drilling operation to protect the environment. Rotary controlled system of automatic vertical maintenance of the well will help to reduce time of the drilling operation as well as number of bit cuttings. To realize co-called “zero discharge principal”, they will take used drilling mud and bit cuttings to the coast for further recovery. The new downhole technology is able to fasten the process of studying and developing the zone of interest and to carry out the most correct measurements as effectively as it is possible. Some of these technologies will be used in the Russian Federation for the first time. The rig will be watched for day and night by the rescue vessel called “Saver Karev” during the whole period of the drilling operation. “Saver Karev” and 4 more vessels are freight for carrying out all relevant drilling operations and possess a dynamic positioning system which allows them to keep one and the same position and do not care about wind or waves. With the beginning of the drilling operations at Dolginskoe field, there was the necessity to organize helicopter communication. For that purpose they have expanded the check point at state border in the airport Varandey which was earlier used only for flights to Prirazlomnaya rig. “Saturn” has got all the necessary admissions for carrying out the drilling operations on the Arctic shelf. The rig was fully modernized in 2009, now it has got modern drilling and marine equipment and is ideal for working in severe conditions of the northern latitude without regarding to wind and wave impact. The self-elevating drilling device “GSP Saturn” has possessed Dutch and Danish admission to make the drilling operations on the shelf of the Northern Sea since 2009.
