«Газпром» приступил к строительству эксплуатационных скважин на Киринском месторождении «Ãàçïðîì» ïðèñòóïèë ê ñòðîèòåëüñòâó ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûõ ñêâàæèí íà Êèðèíñêîì ãàçîêîíäåíñàòíîì ìåñòîðîæäåíèè íà øåëüôå î. Ñàõàëèí â ðàìêàõ ðåàëèçàöèè ïðîåêòà «Ñà- õàëèí-3».  íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ íà÷àòà ðàáîòà ïî ïåðåâîäó â ýêñïëóà- òàöèîííûé ôîíä îäíîé ðàçâåäî÷íîé ñêâàæèíû. Òàêæå â òå- êóùåì ãîäó êîìïàíèÿ ïëàíèðóåò ïðèñòóïèòü ê ñòðîèòåëüñòâó îäíîé íîâîé ýêñïëóàòàöèîííîé ñêâàæèíû. Ðàáîòû íà ìåñòî- ðîæäåíèè âåäóòñÿ ñ ïîìîùüþ ïîëóïîãðóæíîé áóðîâîé óñòà- íîâêè «Ïîëÿðíàÿ çâåçäà». Êèðèíñêîå ìåñòîðîæäåíèå ÿâëÿåòñÿ äëÿ «Ãàçïðîìà» ïåðâî- î÷åðåäíûì îáúåêòîì îñâîåíèÿ ñàõàëèíñêîãî øåëüôà è ñòà- íåò îäíèì èç èñòî÷íèêîâ ãàçîñíàáæåíèÿ ïîòðåáèòåëåé äàëü- íåâîñòî÷íûõ ðåãèîíîâ Ðîññèè. Äîáû÷à íà ìåñòîðîæäåíèè âïåðâûå íà ðîññèéñêîì øåëüôå áóäåò ïðîâîäèòüñÿ ñ èñïîëü- çîâàíèåì ïîäâîäíûõ äîáû÷íûõ ñèñòåì.  íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ êîìïàíèÿ ïðîäîëæàåò îáóñòðîéñòâî Êèðèíñêîãî ìåñòîðîæäåíèÿ. Óæå óñòàíîâëåí ìàíèôîëüä, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûé äëÿ ñáîðà ãàçîâîé ñìåñè ñî ñêâàæèí, ïðî- ëîæåí òðóáîïðîâîä îò ìåñòîðîæäåíèÿ äî ïîáåðåæüÿ äëÿ òðàíñïîðòèðîâêè äîáûòîãî ñûðüÿ. Òàêæå ïðîëîæåíû òðóáî- ïðîâîä äëÿ ïîäà÷è ñ áåðåãà íà ìåñòîðîæäåíèå ìîíîýòèëåí- ãëèêîëÿ (ïðåäîòâðàùàåò îáðàçîâàíèå ãèäðàòîâ â ñêâàæèíàõ è ñèñòåìå ñáîðà ãàçîâîé ñìåñè) è êàáåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäâî- äíîé äîáû÷íîé ñèñòåìîé. Èä¸ò óêëàäêà âíóòðèïðîìûñëîâûõ òðóáîïðîâîäîâ, êàáåëåé óïðàâëåíèÿ è óñòàíîâêà äðóãîãî òåõ- íîëîãè÷åñêîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ. Âåä¸òñÿ ñòðîèòåëüñòâî áåðåãîâîãî òåõíîëîãè÷åñêîãî êîì- ïëåêñà (ÁÒÊ), íà êîòîðîì áóäåò îñóùåñòâëÿòüñÿ ïîäãîòîâêà ãàçà. Çàâåðøåíû ñòðîèòåëüíî-ìîíòàæíûå ðàáîòû è íà÷àòû ãèäðîèñïûòàíèÿ ãàçîïðîâîäà ïðîòÿæåííîñòüþ 139 êì îò ÁÒÊ äî ãîëîâíîé êîìïðåññîðíîé ñòàíöèè «Ñàõàëèí» ãàçîòðàí- ñïîðòíîé ñèñòåìû «Ñàõàëèí - Õàáàðîâñê - Âëàäèâîñòîê». ÁÒÊ è ãàçîïðîâîä ðàññ÷èòàíû íà ïðèåì ãàçà íå òîëüêî Êèðèíñêî- ãî, íî è, â ïåðñïåêòèâå, äðóãèõ ìåñòîðîæäåíèé ïðîåêòà «Ñà- õàëèí-3». Ассоциация «Мурманшельф» приняла участие в проходившей в Ставангере с 28-31 августа выставке и конференции «ONS 2012» 28-31 àâãóñòà 2012 ã. â Ñòàâàíãåðå - Íåôòÿíîé ñòîëèöå Íîðâåãèè - ñîñòîÿëàñü 20-ÿ Ìåæäóíàðîäíàÿ âûñòàâêà è êîí- ôåðåíöèÿ ONS 2012. ONS 2012 - îäíà èç ëèäèðóþùèõ ïëîùàäîê â ìèðå äëÿ îáñóæäåíèÿ ãëîáàëüíîé ýíåðãåòè÷åñêîé èíäóñòðèè.  ïðî- ãðàììó ONS áûë âêëþ÷åí êîìïëåêñ óíèêàëüíûõ ìåðîïðèÿòèé: âûñòàâêà, êîíôåðåíöèÿ, ôåñòèâàëü, êîíêóðñ èííîâàöèé, êîí- êóðñ ìîëîäûõ ïðîôåññèîíàëîâ.  2012 ãîäó âûñòàâêà ONS ïðèâëåêëà âíèìàíèå áîëåå 1350 ýêñïîíåíòîâ è áîëåå 50 òû- ñÿ÷ ïîñåòèòåëåé ñî âñåãî ìèðà. Îñíîâíîé òåìîé ôîðóìà â 2012 ãîäó áûëà áîðüáà ñ ïà- ðàäîêñàìè ýíåðãåòèêè. Íà êîíôåðåíöèè áûëè òàêæå ðàñ- ñìîòðåíû âîïðîñû èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ íîâûõ è àëüòåðíàòèâíûõ èñòî÷íèêîâ ýíåðãèè, óïðàâëåíèÿ ðåñóðñàìè è çàïàñàìè, ïðè- ìåíåíèÿ ôèíàíñîâûõ èíñòðóìåíòîâ â ïðåîäîëåíèè ýíåðãå- òè÷åñêèõ êðèçèñîâ. Êðîìå òîãî, ñîñòîÿëîñü âðó÷åíèå ñïåöè- àëüíîé ïðåìèè ONS Awards. Ñ 1998 ãîäà â ðàìêàõ ONS îðãàíèçóåòñÿ Ðîññèéñêàÿ íà- öèîíàëüíàÿ ýêñïîçèöèÿ, â êîòîðîé è â ýòîì ãîäó âíîâü áûëè ïðåäñòàâëåíû êðóïíåéøèå ðîññèéñêèå êîìïàíèè, çàíèìàþ- ùèåñÿ îñâîåíèåì íåôòåãàçîâûõ ìåñòîðîæäåíèé íà øåëüôå. Îáùàÿ ïëîùàäü ðîññèéñêîãî ñòåíäà íà âûñòàâêå «Øåëüô Ñå- âåðíûõ ìîðåé» ñîñòàâèëà áîëåå 300 êâ. ì. Ñðåäè ó÷àñòíèêîâ ðîññèéñêîãî íàöèîíàëüíîãî ñòåíäà: íà îáúåäèí¸ííîì ñòåíäå áûëè ïðåäñòàâëåíû – Ìèíèñòåðñòâî ïðèðîäíûõ ðåñóðñîâ Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè, Ìèíèñòåðñòâî ýíåðãåòèêè Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè, ÎÀÎ «Ãàçïðîì», ÎÎÎ «Ãàçïðîì ãåîëîãîðàçâåäêà», ÎÀÎ «ÍÊ «Ðîñíåôòü», ÇÀÎ «ÒÄ Gazprom has started the construction of production wells at the Kirinskoye field Gazprom has started the construction of production wells at the Kirinskoye offshore gas field on Sakhalin in the framework of the project Sakhalin-3. Currently work has begun to place into operation one exploration well. This year the company also plans to begin construction of a new production well. Work on the field is carried by the semi-submersible drilling rig Polar Star. Kirinskoye field is primary object of the Sakhalin shelf for Gazprom and will be one of the sources of gas supply to consumers of the Far East regions of Russia. Production at the field for the first time on the Russian shelf will be conducted using subsea production systems. Currently the company continues arrangement of Kirinskoye field. A manifold for collection of the gas mixture from the wells and a pipeline from the mine to the coast for the transportation of mined materials have already been built. Also there are pipelines laid for shore to deposit supply of the monoethylene glycol (to prevent formation of hydrates in wells and gathering system of the gas mixture) and control cable of subsea production system. The infield pipelines, control cables and other process equipment are being installed. Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) for gas conditioning is under construction. Construction works on the 139 km long gas pipeline from the OPF to the main transmission system Sakhalin - Khabarovsk - Vladivostok were completed and hydrotesting was started.The OPF and gas pipelines is designed to accommodate not only Kirinskoye gas field but also, potentially, from other fields of the project Sakhalin-3. Association Murmanshelf participated in the Exhibition and Conference ONS 2012, which took place in Stavanger August 28-31 20 th International Exhibition and Conference ONS 2012 was held in Stavanger , the oil capital of Norway, 28-31 August 2012. ONS 2012 is one of the leading centers in the world for the discussion of global energy industry. The ONS program included a range of unique events: exhibition, conference, festival, innovation contest, contest for young professionals. In 2012 the ONS exhibition attracted over 1,350 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors from around the world. The main topic of the 2012 forum was a fight with the paradoxes of energy. The conference also discussed the use of new and alternative energy sources, management of resources and reserves, the use of financial instruments to overcome the energy crisis. In addition, special ONS Awards were handed. Since 1998 the ONS has organized Russian national exhibition, which this year have represented the largest Russian companies engaged in oil and gas fields development on the shelf. The total area of the Russian stand at the Offshore Northern Seas Exhibition was more than 300 square meters. Among the participants of the Russian national stand: at the joint stand were presented the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Gazprom, Gazprom geologorazvedka, Rosneft, TMK, UMC, etc. The Director General of the Association Murmanshelf, Adviser to the Governor of the Murmansk region Grigory Stratiy took part in the international exhibition and conference ONS 2012 in the Russian delegation, which consisted of more than 90 experts on special invitation from the company INTSOK. There have been numerous discussions with experts of the worlds leaders in the industry, such as operators Rosneft, Gazprom, Statoil, Lukoil and service companies FMC Technologies, Subsea 7, Technip, Kvaerner, ABB, Aker Solutions, Autronica, Bredero Shaw and others. An important part of the business program was the Russian seminar devoted to discussion of the state and prospects of oil and gas resources of the Russian shelf, which was held at the second day of the event, 29 August.
