Вероятнее всего они станут строить скважины в рамках реализацииШтокма- новского проекта, а пока будут нарабатывать опыт на Дальнем Востоке. В состав предприятия входит самоподъемная буровая установка (СПБУ) «Амазон», работающая в Обской и Тазовской губе и сделавшая за последние годы немало открытий месторождений газа и газоконденсата. А в ближайшее время судостроители северод- винской «Звездочки» сдадут«Газфлоту» новейшую СПБУ «Арктическая», на которой у причалов 35 СРЗ проводятся достроечные и сдаточные работы. Долгожданный новострой Âî âðåìÿ ïîåçäêè èç Ñåâåðîìîðñêà â Ìóðìàíñê ñ äî- ðîãè âèäíû àæóðíûå îïîðû ÑÏÁÓ «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ». Ýòà êàðòèíêà âûçûâàåò ìîðàëüíîå óäîâëåòâîðåíèå: çíà÷èò, ìîãóò íàøè ñóäîñòðîèòåëè ñîçäàâàòü ñîâðåìåííóþ òåõ- íèêó äëÿ ðàáîòû íà àðêòè÷åñêîì øåëüôå. Íî õîòåëîñü áû, ÷òîáû ñòðîèòåëüñòâî ýòèõ ïëàòôîðì øëî áîëåå áû- ñòðûìè òåìïàìè, ÷òîáû îíè îòâå÷àëè ñàìûì ñîâðåìåí- íûì òðåáîâàíèÿì, ÷òîáû áûëè ïðîèçâîäèòåëüíûìè è áåçîïàñíûìè â ïðîöåññå ýêñïëóàòàöèè, êàê äëÿ ýêèïàæà, òàê è äëÿ îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû, ÷òîáû ýòî áûëè íå åäèíè÷- íûå ýêçåìïëÿðû, à ñåðèè áóðîâûõ óñòàíîâîê. Ìíå óäàëîñü ïîáûâàòü íà ÑÏÁÓ «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ», ïîáåñåäî- âàòü ñ ÷ëåíàìè ýêèïàæà, êîòîðûå áóäóò ïðèíèìàòü îáîðóäî- âàíèå áóðîâîé ó ñäàòî÷íîé êîìàíäû «Çâåçäî÷êè». Áëàãî, îíà íàõîäèëàñü ó ïðè÷àëà.  ýòîé ñâÿçè ìíå âñïîì- íèëîñü ïîñåùåíèå ÑÏÁÓ «Ìóðìàíñêàÿ» â Ïå÷îðñêîì ìîðå, êîãäà íà âåðòîëåòíóþ ïëîùàäêó ýòîé ÑÏÁÓ ìåíÿ ïåðåãðó- çèëè ñ ïàëóáû «Íåôòåãàçà» êðàíîì íà êðîõîòíîé ïëîùàäêå, âåëè÷èíîé ñ ïîêðûøêó êîëåñà ãðóçîâîãî àâòîìîáèëÿ, ïîä- íÿâ íà âûñîòó â íåñêîëüêî äåñÿòêîâ ìåòðîâ. Ñ ó÷åòîì òîãî, ÷òî îò âûñîòû ÿ íå â âîñòîðãå, âîñïîìèíàíèÿ î òîì âîÿæå ó ìåíÿ îñòàëèñü íå î÷åíü ïðèÿòíûå. Âñ¸ âðåìÿ íàõîæäåíèÿ íà ÑÏÁÓ ÿ òîãäà äóìàë íå î ïîäãîòîâêå ñòàòüè, à î òîì, êàê áóäó âîçâðàùàòüñÿ ñ áóðîâîé ïëàòôîðìû íà «Íåôòåãàç».  ýòîò æå ðàç âñ¸ áûëî ãîðàçäî ïðîùå. Ïðåîäîëåâ íå- ñêîëüêî ÊÏÏ ñî ñòðîãèìè îõðàííèêàìè, ìû ïîïàëè íà ÑÏÁÓ «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ» ïî òðàïó. Ñ 3 ïî 21 èþëÿ â Áåëîì ìîðå ïðîõîäèëè å¸ õîäîâûå èñ- ïûòàíèÿ, â ïðîöåññå êîòîðûõ îíà «âñòàâàëà» íà îïîðíûå êîëîííû, ïðîâîäèëàñü ïðîâåðêà îáùåñóäîâûõ ñèñòåì. Áóê- ñèðîâêà ÑÏÁÓ «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ» â Ìóðìàíñê èç Ñåâåðîäâèíñêà áûëà íà÷àòà 24 íîÿáðÿ, à çàâåðøåíà 28 íîÿáðÿ 2011 ãîäà. «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ» - ñåðü¸çíîå ñîîðóæåíèå, âïå÷àòëÿþùåå ñâî- èìè ðàçìåðàìè, òåõíè÷åñêîé îñíàùåííîñòüþ è ðåøàåìûìè çàäà÷àìè. Ñàìîïîäúåìíàÿ áóðîâàÿ «Àðêòè÷åñêàÿ» êîíñòðóê- öèîííî ïðåäñòàâëÿåò èç ñåáÿ óñòàíîâêó íà òð¸õ òð¸õãðàííûõ îïîðàõ, ñ æèëûì ìîäóëåì â íîñîâîé ÷àñòè, ñ ïîñàäî÷íîé ïëîùàäêîé äëÿ âåðòîë¸òà è áóðîâûì áëîêîì, ðàçìåùåííûì íà âûäâèæíîé êîíñîëè â êîðìîâîé ÷àñòè óñòàíîâêè. Äëèíà å¸ êîðïóñà 88 ìåòðîâ, øèðèíà 66 ìåòðîâ, âûñîòà áîðòà 9,7 ìåòðà, âûñîòà ïðè ïîëíîñòüþ ïîäíÿòûõ îïîðàõ 139 ìåòðîâ. Îíà ïðåäíàçíà÷åíà äëÿ áóðåíèÿ äî 12 ðàçâåäî÷íûõ è ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûõ ñêâàæèí ãëóáèíîé äî 6500 ìåòðîâ ïðè ãëóáèíå ìîðÿ îò 7 äî 100 ìåòðîâ. Ïðè ñòîÿíêå íà îïîðàõ è êëèðåíñå 12,5 ìåòðà ìîæåò ýêñïëóàòèðîâàòüñÿ ïðè âûñîòå âîëí äî 18 ìåòðîâ è ñêîðîñòè âåòðà 46 ìåòðîâ â ñåêóíäó. Òàêóþ òåõíèêó äëÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèè àáû êîìó íå ïîðó- ÷èøü. Íî, ñðàçó æå îòìå÷ó, ñïåöèàëèñòû çäåñü ïîäîáðà- ëèñü âûñîêîêëàññíûå, èìåþùèå îãðîìíûé îïûò ðàáîòû. Ñåé÷àñ íà ÑÏÁÓ ðàáîòàåò îêîëî ÷åòûðåõ äåñÿòêîâ ñïåöè- àëèñòîâ äîñòðîå÷íîé êîìàíäû ñî «Çâ¸çäî÷êè», îíè æå íåñóò âàõòó âìåñòå ñ äâóìÿ äåñÿòêàìè äóáë¸ðîâ èç ñîñòàâà ãðóïïû ïðèåìêè «Àðêòè÷åñêîé». Ñâîè çàäà÷è ïî íàëàäêå áóðîâîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ âûïîëíÿåò è ãðóïïà êàíàäñêèõ ñïåöèàëèñòîâ. Äëÿ ýêèïàæà íà ÑÏÁÓ, à îí áóäåò ñîñòîÿòü èç 90 ÷åëîâåê, ñîçäàíû ïðèëè÷íûå óñëîâèÿ äëÿ ðàáîòû è îòäûõà.  æèëîì ìîäóëå ðàçìåùåíû îäíî è äâóõìåñòíûå êàþòû, ñàíèòàðíî- ãèãèåíè÷åñêèå è áûòîâûå ïîìåùåíèÿ, ñòîëîâàÿ, çàë äëÿ Ïðîåêòû è ïåðñïåêòèâû Projects and perspectives Long-awaited new construction When you go from Severomorsk to Murmansk from the road you can see laced poles of drilling rig Arcticheskaya. The view fills you with content: it means, that our ship builders can build modern equipment for work at the Arctic shelf. But I would like the building of those platforms be faster, so that they would be more efficient and safe in usage both for the crew and for the environment, so that they were not single units but series of drilling rigs. I have had a chance to visit Arcticheskaya, to talk to crew members, that would receive the drilling rig equipment from the delivery team of Zvezdochka. Good that it was near quay. It reminded me of a visit to drilling rig Murmanskaya in Pechora, when I was put to the helicopter deck of the rig from Neftegas by a crane on a tiny platform the size of truck tire that was lifted to the height of several dozens meters. Considering that I am not so happy about being at heights the memories of that visit are not the most pleasant. All the time during the stay at the rig I was not thinking about writing the article, but about how I will be going back from the rig to Neftegas. This time it was much easier. Having passed control point with strict guards, we came up to the drilling rig Arcticheskaya by the ladder. Its sea trials were held at the White Sea 3-21 July, during the process it came up on its strings, testing of all ship´s systems was made. Towage of Arkticheskaya drilling rig to Murmansk from Severodvinsk started November 23, and completed 28 November 2011. Arcticheskaya is a serious construction, impressive by its dimensions, technical equipment and solved tasks. Jack- up drilling rig Arcticheskaya construction is a unit on three trihedral legs, with a living unit in the bow, helicopter deck and drilling unit, placed at pull-out console in the stern of construction. The unit is 88 meters long, 66 meters wide, the side is 9,7 meters high, its total height with totally lifted legs is 139 meters. It is designed for drilling up to 12 probe and operation wells up to 6500 meters deep with the sea depth from 7 to 100 meters. When standing on the strings and with 12,5 meters clearance it can be operated at the wave height up to 18 meters and wind speed 46 meters per second. Such equipment should not be given to non professionals. I would like to underline that specialists working here are of high class and have a huge experience of work. Now there are about forty specialists of finishing team from Zvezdochka, they are on shift together with twenty backup persons from the reception team for Arcticheskaya. A group of Canadian specialists is also working on engineering setup of equipment. For the crew of the drilling rig, consisting of 90 persons, there are good conditions for work and rest. In the living unit there are single and double cabins, sanitary and residential rooms, dining cabin, videoconference room, parlour, kitchen, medical unit and washing unit. Captain of Arcticheskaya Vladimir Pshenichko gave me first comments about it. He is working at sea since 1982, after graduation of Murmansk Marine High School.
