И если тысячелетия тому назад нашему прапращуру чтобы заготовить дрова для костра требовался лишь каменный топор, то сегодня для добычи нефти и газа, без которых мировая эконо- мика просто встанет, требуется сложнейшая техника и технологии. Сегодня потребности в углеводородном сырье просто колоссальные, и чтобы обеспечить себя нефтью и газом, челове- честву приходится осваивать не только матери- ковые, но и шельфовые месторождения. В настоя- щее время более 30% нефти и газа добывается на шельфе. Богатейшими запасами углеводородного сырья обладает и арктический шельф, где содер- жится до 20% общемировых запасов нефти и газа. Наша страна, обладавшая огромными месторож- дениями в Западной Сибири, в Поволжье, на Каспии и Северном Кавказе, освоению шельфа уделяла не- достаточное внимание. Но в последние годы Рос- сия активизировала работы в этом направлении. На шельфе добывают нефть и газ отечественные компании «Газпром», «Роснефть» и «Лукойл», но на арктическом шельфе наиболее активно проявило себя ОАО «Газпром». Сегодня основными игроками на арктическом шельфе являются дочерние ком- пании «Газпрома» - ООО «Газпром добыча шельф», в задачу которой входитосвоение Штокмановского месторождения, ООО «Газпром нефть шельф», уже установившая МЛСП «Приразломная» в Печорском море для начала добычи нефти и ООО «Газфлот», на которую возложена задача проведения буро- вых геологоразведочных работ, а в перспективе – строительства добычных скважин на шельфовых месторождениях нефти и газа. And if thousands of years ago our ancestors needed only stone axe to get wood for fire, today advancedmachines and technologies are needed to produce oil and gas without which the world economy would stop. Today the needs in hydrocarbons are really huge, and to provide enough oil and gas the humanity has to explore not only land but also shelf deposits. Currently more than 30 % of oil and gas are produced on shelf. Arctic shelf, containing up to 20 % of worlds oil and gas deposits, has the richest deposits of hydrocarbons. Our country having huge deposits in Western Siberia, in Volga region, Kaspian area and North Caucasus, was not paying enough attention to the development of shelf. But in the recent years Russia has activated work in this direction. Russian companies Gazprom, Rosneft and Gazprom are producing oil and gas on the shelf, but Garprom has been most active on the arctic shelf. Today the main players on the arctic shelf are daughter companies of Gazprom – Gazprom dobycha shelf, its task is development of Shtokman deposit, Gazpromneft shelf, that has already installed drilling rig Prirazlomnaya in the Pechora sea to start production and Gazflot, that has a task of drilling exploration works, and in future perspective – construction of oil wells at shelf deposits of oil and gas. Today Gazflot possesses unique semisubmersible drilling rigsof the sixthgenerationPolar Star andNothern Lights, built by the ship builders of Vyborg shipping yard in cooperation with South Korean company Samsung Heavy Industries. Most probably they will start building wells for the implementation of Shtokman project, and now they will be gaining experience in the Far East. The company has jack-up drilling rig Amazon, working in Ob andTaz bays andhavingmade in recents years anumber of discoveries of oil and gas deposits. And in the nearest future ship builders of Zvezdochka in Severodvinsk will deliver to Gazflot the newest drilling rig Arkticheskaya, that has finishing works at ship building plant 35. 36 ìàðò 2012 ¹ 1(19) ÌóðìàíøåëüôÈíôî
