Анализ барьеров на пути развития приграничных бизнес-операций и горизонтальной логистики Analyses of the obstacles in the development of cross-border business operations and horizontal logistics За последнее время в Мурманской области и странах БЕАР сложилась сеть горизонтальных свя- зей и контактов, обеспечивающая взаимодействие между отдельными организациями, региональными бизнес-структурами, представителями органов местного самоуправления и негосударственными организациями, и способствующая дальнейшему развитию международных отношений. Сотрудни- чество является важнейшим фактором активи- зации экономического развития, а использование преимуществ трансграничного положения Мур- манской области даст стимулы для регионального развития в разных областях деятельности. Значи- мымэлементомсистемытрансграничного сотруд- ничества являются компании, осуществляющие пассажирские и грузоперевозки. Однако, существует ряд сдерживающих фак- торов (барьеров), влияющих на развитие транс- портной логистики в системе экономического сотрудничества стран БЕАР. Выявление барьеров, сдерживающих экономическое и социо – культур- ное взаимодействие, и их постепенное устране- ние позволят повысить эффективность контак- тов в области международного сотрудничества. Recently there has been formed the network of horizontal connections and contacts in BEAR countries, providing interaction between separate organizations, regional business structures, representatives of public authorities and non-governmental organizations; also this network promotes further development of international relations. Cooperation in this sphere is a very important factor in activation of economic growth; and the use of the advantages of Trans-border location of the Murmansk region gives stimulus for regional development in different spheres of activities. Companies, dealing with passenger and cargo transportations act as an important element of the system of cross-border cooperation. Nevertheless, there is a number of limiting factors (barriers), influencing development of transport logistics in the system of economic cooperation of BEAR countries. Definition of the barriers, constraining economic and social and cultural interaction, and their gradual elimination of these obstacles will allow enhance efficiency of contacts in the sphere of international cooperation. 20 ìàðò 2012 ¹ 1(19) ÌóðìàíøåëüôÈíôî
