Without assistants Очередная традиционная пресс-конференция Губернатора Мурманской области Дмитрия Дми- триенко для представителей средств массовой информации всех городов Мурманской области по итогам уходящего и перспективам наступающего года, состоявшаяся 23 декабря 2011 года в зале за- седанийПравительстваМурманскойобласти, от- личалась отпредыдущих. Прежде всего, форматом самой пресс-конференции. Если ранее Губернатор вначале выступал с пространным докладом, рас- сказывая о достигнутых показателях в социально- экономическом развитии региона, о перспективах реализации крупномасштабных проектов на тер- ритории Мурманской области, то в этот раз он отвечал на вопросы журналистов, как на заранее направленные в его адрес, так и поступавшие в ходе встречи. Другим серьезным отличием стало отсутствие в зале членов Правительства, кото- рые в ходе прежних встреч помогали Губернатору ответить на специфические вопросы, которые задавали журналисты. Это говорит о том, что Дмитрий Дмитриенко полностью вник в ситуа- цию в регионе, знает состояние дел на всех пред- приятиях, работающих натерритории Кольского полуострова, ориентируется в вопросах бюджет- ного финансирования городов и населенных пун- ктов Мурманской области, реализации социально значимых программ. И это не случайно. В ходе под- готовки «Народной программы» и проведения ак- ции «Скажи, что важно», он побывал практически во всех населенных пунктах Мурманской области, встречался с трудовыми коллективами предпри- ятий и учреждений, с руководителями муниципа- литетов и депутатамиместных Советом, с пред- принимателями, с жителями городов и посёлков. Не было ни одно вопроса, на который не был бы дан исчерпывающий ответ. If formerly, in the beginning the Governor held a general speech, telling about the progress indicators in a social-economic development of the region, about prospects of implementation of huge projects on the territory of the Murmansk region, this time he answered the questions of journalists both prepared in advance and appearing during the meeting. Another major difference was the lack of the Government members in the hall, who helped the Governor to respond to specific questions of journalists during previous meeting. It means that Dmitry Dmitrienko has fully penetrated into a regional situation, knows the situation on all the enterprises, functioning on the territory of the Kola Peninsula, focuses on issues of budget financing of towns and settlements of the Murmansk region, implementation of socially important programs. And this is no coincidence. During the preparation of the People’s program and the campaign Say what is important, he visited almost all settlements of the Murmansk region, met labour collectives of enterprises and institutions, municipal leaders and members of the local Council, with entrepreneurs, with inhabitants of cities and towns. There was no question, which did not receive an exhaustive answer. The report of the press conference could be done in chronological order, describing the answers to the questions. Some of the journalists were wondering about social-economic problems, others - about politics, the third - facts from the Governor´s private life. That is why to systematize somehow the narration about the implemented press-conference, we shall try to combine questions and answers in several groups.
