80 äåêàáðü 2009 ¹ 4 (9) ÌóðìàíøåëüôÈôíî Вместе из кризиса Together Out of Crises Âïåðåäè ó Ìóðìàíñêîé îáëàñòè ìíîãî ïåðñïåêòèâ, ñâÿçàííûõ ñ ðåàëèçàöèåé ìåãàïðîåêòîâ íà åå òåððèòî- ðèè.  òî æå âðåìÿ ìàëûé áèçíåñ áûë è áóäåò îïîðîé äëÿ ðåãèîíàëüíîé ýêîíîìèêè, îäíàêî, íàäî ïðèçíàòü, ÷òî æåíùèíàì ÷àñòî íå õâàòàåò ëèäåðñêèõ êà÷åñòâ äëÿ îò- êðûòèÿ ñîáñòâåííîãî äåëà, äëÿ ðàçâèòèÿ ñîáñòâåííûõ âîçìîæíîñòåé, íàñòîé÷èâîñòè â ïîèñêå ðàáîòû (îá ýòîì ãîâîðÿò õàðàêòåð è êîëè÷åñòâî âàêàíñèé â öåíòðàõ çà- íÿòîñòè íàñåëåíèÿ, ðåçóëüòàòû îáñóæäåíèÿ ïðîáëåìû â ôîêóñ-ãðóïïå ïðîåêòà). Çà 6 ìåñÿöåâ 2009 ãîäà â öåíòð çàíÿòîñòè íàñåëåíèÿ ã. Ìóðìàíñêà îáðàòèëèñü 3478 æåíùèíû. 27% èç íèõ èìåþò âûñøåå îáðàçîâàíèå, 43% â âîçðàñòå äî 30 ëåò. Æåíùèíû è ìîëîäåæü – íàèáîëåå óÿçâèìûå ãðóïïû â îñîáûõ ýêîíîìè÷åñêèõ óñëîâèÿõ. Ïðîåêò «Âûéòè èç êðè- çèñà» èíèöèèðîâàí Öåíòðîì ãåíäåðíîãî ðàâåíñòâà èç Íîðâåãèè è Íåêîììåð÷åñêèì ïàðòíåðñòâîì «Ñîöèóì+» ïðè ïîääåðæêå íîðâåæñêîãî Áàðåíö-ñåêðåòàðèàòà. Öåëüþ äàííîãî ïðîåêòà ÿâëÿåòñÿ îêàçàíèå ñîäåéñòâèÿ ìîëîäûì áåçðàáîòíûì æåíùèíàì Ìóðìàíñêîé îáëàñòè â ïîâûøåíèè èõ êîìïåòåíöèè, óìåíèé è ìîòèâàöèè â ñîçäàíèè ñîáñòâåííîãî áèçíåñà èëè äåëà. Äëÿ ó÷àñòèÿ â ïðîåêòå áûëî îòîáðàíî 15 ÷åëîâåê. Ñëóøàòåëè áûëè îòîáðàíû â ñîòðóäíè÷åñòâå ñ Öåíòðîì çàíÿòîñòè íàñåëåíèÿ ãîðîäà Ìóðìàíñêà.  ðàìêàõ ïðî- åêòà â ñåíòÿáðå-îêòÿáðå 2009 ã. ïðîâåäåíû òðåíèíãè â Ìóðìàíñêå è ñòàæèðîâêà â Íîðâåãèè. Îáðàçîâàòåëüíàÿ ïðîãðàììà ïðîåêòà íàïðàâëåíà íà îáó÷åíèå ìîëîäûõ æåíùèí íàâûêàì è óìåíèÿì, íåîáõîäèìûì äëÿ ïîëó÷å- íèÿ ðàáîòû, ïîâûøåíèÿ èõ êîìïåòåíöèè è óâåðåííîñòè â ñåáå. Ïðîãðàììà âêëþ÷àëà òðåíèíãè ïî ðàçðàáîòêå ñòðàòåãèè ïîâåäåíèÿ ïðè òðóäîóñòðîéñòâå, îöåíêå ëè÷- íîñòíûõ êà÷åñòâ. Çíàêîìñòâî ñ îñíîâàìè ïðåäïðèíè- ìàòåëüñòâà è òðóäîâûì çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâîì. Âñòðå÷è ñ æåíùèíàìè-ïðåäïðèíèìàòåëÿìè, ïîñåùåíèå ïðåäïðè- ÿòèé, èíäèâèäóàëüíûå êîíñóëüòàöèè. Ñëóøàòåëüíèöû ïðîãðàììû òåïëî îòçûâàþòñÿ îá îðãàíèçàòîðàõ è ïðî- ãðàììå òðåíèíãîâ – ìíîãî íîâîé ïîëåçíîé èíôîðìàöèè, âîçìîæíîñòü ðåàëèçàöèè ñåáÿ, çíàêîìñòâî ñ èíòåðåñíû- ìè ëþäüìè, î÷åíü äðóæíàÿ è óþòíàÿ îáñòàíîâêà … Íàäååìñÿ, ÷òî ïðîåêò ïîìîæåò åãî ó÷àñòíèêàì îïðåäå- ëèòüñÿ ñ íàïðàâëåíèåì ðàçâèòèÿ, ïîèñêà äåëà æèçíè. The Murmansk region has many prospectives connected with mega projects implementation on its territory at the same time small business has always been and will be the basis for the regional economy, nevertheless we should admit that often women lack leader qualities to start their own business, to develop their own opportunities, to be insistent in the process of job hunting (character and amount of vacancies in the Employment Centers as well as the results of discussing this issue in the project focus- group illustrate it). For 6 months of 2009 3478 women addressed the Employment Centre of Murmansk. 27% out of them have higher education and 43% is under 30 years old. Women and young people are the most vulnerable groups under specific economic conditions. The project “Out of Crises” is initiated by the Centre for Gender Equality from Norway and Non-commercial partnership Socium+ and is supported by the Norwegian Barents Secretariat. The goal of the project is to support young unemployed women of the Murmansk region to enhance their competence, skills and motivation in starting their own business. To participate in the project were selected 15 people. The participants were selected in cooperation with the Murmansk Employment Centre. Within the frameworks of the project were organized trainings in Murmansk and practical study in Norway. Educational program of the project was directed at training young unemployed women transferring to them skills and abilities, needed to get the job, to increase their competence and self-assurance. The program included trainings on development of behavior strategy while job hunting procedures, assessment of personal qualities. The projects participants got the basic knowledge on business studies and labor legislation. They also had the meetings with female entrepreneurs, visited enterprises, had individual consultations. The participants of the project give warm responds concerning organizers and the training program – they got a lot of new information, had the opportunity to realize themselves, got acquainted with interesting people, they liked friendly and cozy atmosphere… We hope that the project will help its participants to define their direction of development and the direction of search for the activity of their life.
