О трубоукладчиках следует сказать особо, так как из всего указанного перечня продукции они ориентированы прежде всего на строительство и ремонт газо- и нефте- проводов, тем более что в дополнение к высокой грузо- подъёмности трубоукладчики Liebherr обладают следую- щими новаторскими конструктивными отличиями. Во-первых, трубоукладчики Liebherr отличает асси- метричная ходовая тележка, позволяющая в качестве стандарта использовать на левой гусенице уширенные до 914 мм гусеничные траки, что снижает давление на грунт со стороны самой нагруженной при работе гусе- ницы без увеличения общей транспортной ширины тру- боукладчика Во-вторых, трубоукладчики Liebherr имеют стреловой механизм с гидроцилиндром, что повышает точность работы и безопасность в случае опрокидывания, упро- щает монтаж-демонтаж при транспортировке. В-третьих, самой главной отличительной особенно- стью трубоукладчиков Liebherr является гидростати- ческий привод. Крановое и землеройное оборудование Сranes and earthmoving equipment Pipelayers need to be especially highlighted as from all above mentioned machines they are used in first instance for construction and repair works with gas and petroleum pipelines. In addition to their high lifting capacity Liebherr pipelayers have the following design innovations: Firstly, Liebherr pipelayers are varied through an a symmetric track frame which allows the pipelayer to use extended tracks up to 914 mm as standard on the left side, that in turn reduces ground pressure from the most loaded working track without extension of the total transport width of the pipelayer. Secondly, the Liebherr pipelayer is equipped with the lifting boom controlled via hydraulic cylinder. This increases precision during the execution of works and protects the pipe layer from roll over and simplifies assembling and disassembling whenever the pipelayer is transported. Thirdly, the main specific feature of Liebherr pipelayers is the hydrostatic travel drive. The diesel engine is driving 2 hydraulic variable axial-piston pumps. The further force transmission to the final drive for track rotation is carried out by the hydraulic system. This results in the following advantages for the customer: Simple ● ● construction (minimum of components). High efficiency ● ● factor (continuous transmission of engine torque to final drive through closed hydraulic circuits). Reliability ● ● (diesel engine is working with constant engine speed, and power parameters are automatically regulated via the hydraulic system, therefore it is impossible to overload the diesel engine due to e.g. human factor). Economical efficiency ● ● (engine is working with constant speed which reduces fuel consumption. The closed hydraulic circuits, transfer power to the final drives and hoisting winch, ensure dynamic breakage without using friction elements. Maintenance-free multidisc oil friction clutches are used only as parking brakes and in turn reduce cost for service). Maneuverability ● ● (due to counter-rotation of tracks it is possible to dislocate the pipelayer if working in a column or to turn it within a restricted area). Comfort and precision ● ● of the control (control system reduced to two joysticks [the first for travel and steering movements, and the second for boom and German concern Liebherr manufactures a wide range of machinery equipment, whereas as the most interesting equipment for oil and gas industry are considered cranes and earthmoving equipment.
