- Arkadiy Vladimirovich, what kind of services does Association on Certification “Russian Register” render? Nowadays the Russian Register renders the following 5 groups of services: certification of management systems, certification of products and services, certification of personnel, survey services. The service on certification of forest administration and forest supplies is in the stage of international accreditation (FSC). Our main activity is certification of management systems for matching with different international and Russian standards. Especially popular, of course, is the standard in the sphere of quality management ISO 9001. Then come standards on environmental management ISO 14001 and management in the sphere of professional security and labor protection OHSAS 18001. A lot of branch standards are created on the basis of ISO 9001: STO GAZPROM 9001, quality management standards in car manufacturing ISO/TS 16949 and GOST R 51814.1-2004, military standards in the systems “Military Register” and “Oboroncertifika”, etc. This list is constantly broadened and supplemented. Russian Register actively works with all the standards, interested to the today business. Especially I would like to emphasize our know-how – certification of integrated management systems which combines two or more of above-listed systems. The know-how is that we do not simply evaluate the management system by some standards but we define the integrity degree of different demands and optimization opportunities of organization during the process of such integration. We worked out our own evaluating strategy of all the aspects of this complicate question. Более 3000 предприятий 20 стран мира оказали доверие именно этой орга- низации за проведение беспристрастной, компе- тентной, экономически обоснованной сертифика- ции систем менеджмента. В реестре «Русского Регистра» более 300 экспер- тов самого широкого профиля. Ведущие сотрудники включены в состав официальных российских делега- ций для работы в национальных и международных комитетах по разработке стандартов в области ме- неджмента качества (ИСО/ТК 176, ПК/СКА-9000 и др.). Разветвлённая сеть филиалов и представи- тельств в России и за рубежом позволяет ассоциа- ции быть ближе к своим партнёрам. О деятельности и о том какую роль играет орган по сертификации в современном бизнес- пространстве, рассказал нашему журналу директор Ассоциации по сертификации «Русский Регистр» Аркадий ВЛАДИМИРЦЕВ. In 1993 on the basis of the certification service of systems of administration FSD «Russian Maritime Register of Shipping» was founded Certification Association «Russian Register». More than 3000 enterprises of 20 countries of the world gave credence to this organization for its impartial, competent, economically feasible certification of management systems. There are more than 300 experts of multiple types in the Russian Register. The personnel of the Russian Register is included into official Russian delegations for work in the national and international committees, dealing with development of standards in the sphere of quality management. (ISO/TC 176, PC/QSA– 9000 etc.). Extensive network of branches and offices in Russia and abroad let the Association be closer to its partners.
