10 èþíü 2009 ¹ 2 (7) ÌóðìàíøåëüôÈíôî ðàáîòàòü íà ñòðîèòåëüñòâå ïðîìûøëåííîé ïëîùàäêè è ñîçäàíèè èíôðàñòðóêòóðû. Äëÿ ýòîãî ó íåãî èìååò- ñÿ ìîùíûé ïðîèçâîäñòâåííî-òåõíè÷åñêèé ïîòåíöèàë è ïîäãîòîâëåííûå êàäðû. Ñåìèíàð ïðåäîñòàâèë âîçìîæíîñòü äëÿ ïðåçåíòàöèè êîìïàíèÿì-÷ëåíàì àññîöèàöèè ïåðåä ðóêîâîäñòâîì «Øòîêìàí Äåâåëîïìåíò Àû. Îíè ðàññêàçàëè î ñâîåì ïðîèçâîäñòâåííîì ïîòåíöèàëå è ãîòîâíîñòè ðàáîòàòü â ðàìêàõ Øòîêìàíîâñêîãî ïðîåêòà. ÎÎÎ «ÏÎ «Ìåòàëëóðãïðîêàòìîíòàæ» ñïîñîáíî âûïîë- íÿòü ìîíòàæíûå ðàáîòû âûñîêîé ñòåïåíè ñëîæíîñòè, ÷òî ïîäòâåðæäåíî êà÷åñòâîìçàêàçîâ â èíòåðåñàõ «Àòîìôëî- òà», ãîðíî-ìåòàëëóðãè÷åñêèõ êîìïàíèé, Áåëîìîðñêîé íåôòåáàçû, ãäå âîçâåäåíî 2 ðåçåðâóàðà îáúåìîì 30000 ì 3 . Êîìïàíèÿ èçãîòàâëèâàëà ñîâðåìåííîå òåõíî- ëîãè÷åñêîå îáîðóäîâàíèå è äîñòàâëÿëà åãî ñîáñòâåí- íûìè ñèëàìè íåôòÿíèêàì Óñèíñêà. Çà ñ÷åò ìîäåðíè- çàöèè îáîðóäîâàíèÿ è ïîâûøåíèÿ ïðîôåññèîíàëüíîãî óðîâíÿ êàäðîâ, óäàëîñü ïîäíÿòü ïðîèçâîäèòåëüíîñòü òðóäà â òðè ðàçà. ÇÀÎ «Ìóðìàíñêèé òðåñò èíæåíåðíî-ñòðîèòåëüíûõ èçûñêàíèé», èìåþùèé ñîáñòâåííóþ ëàáîðàòîðèþ, áó- ðîâîå îáîðóäîâàíèå, ïîäãîòîâëåííûå êàäðû è îãðîì- íûé îïûò ðàáîòû, ãîòîâî âûïîëíÿòü ãåîäåçè÷åñêèå, ãåîëîãè÷åñêèå è ýêîëîãè÷åñêèå èçûñêàíèÿ. Ïðåçåíòîâàëè ñåáÿ è ñóäîðåìîíòíèêè, ðàññ÷èòûâàþ- ùèå íà ñâîþ äîëþ çàêàçîâ. Òàê, ÑÐÇ «Íåðïà», âõîäÿùèé â ÎÀÎ «ÖÑ «Çâåçäî÷êà», ãîòîâ îêàçûâàòü óñëóãè ïî ñóäî- ðåìîíòó, èçãîòîâëåíèþ è óñòàíîâêå ïëàâïðè÷àëîâ. Äëÿ ÍÊ «Ðîñíåôòü» íà çàâîäå áûëè èçãîòîâëåíû ìåòàëëî- êîíñòðóêöèè âåñîì 600 òîíí. Ïîòåíöèàë ïðåäïðèÿòèÿ äåéñòâèòåëüíî âíóøèòåëüíûé. ÑÐÇ èìååò ìîíòàæíî- ñáîðî÷íîå ïðîèçâîäñòâî, ýëëèíã, äâà ïëàâäîêà, áóêñèðû, êðàíîâîå îáîðóäîâàíèå è ïðè÷àëüíóþ ëèíèþ. Íà çàâîäå ïîäãîòîâëåíà ïëîùàäêà äëÿ ìîíòàæà çàâîäà ïî áåòî- íèðîâàíèþ òðóá äëÿ ïîäâîäíîãî ãàçîïðîâîäà. Èìåþòñÿ âîçìîæíîñòè è äëÿ óòèëèçàöèè áóðîâûõ ïëàòôîðì. 35 ÑÐÇ ÎÀÎ «ÖÑ «Çâåçäî÷êà» ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé êîì- ïëåêñ, ñîñòîÿùèé èç 16 âèäîâ ïðîèçâîäñòâ, ðàñêèíóâ- øèõñÿ íà ïëîùàäè â 80 ãåêòàðîâ. Ïðè÷àëû îáåñïå÷èâàþò øâàðòîâêó ñóäîâ ñ îñàäêîé äî 11 ìåòðîâ. Çàâîä çàÿâèë î ãîòîâíîñòè ó÷àñòâîâàòü â èçãîòîâëåíèè ïîäâîäíûõ äî- áû÷íûõ óñòàíîâîê, äëÿ ÷åãî íàìåðåí ñîçäàòü îòäåëüíîå ïðîèçâîäñòâî. Ðåìîíòíûå ðàáîòû íà ÑÐÇìîãóò îñóùåñòâ- ëÿòüñÿ â äâóõ ñóõèõ äîêàõ, äëèíîé 170 è 225 ìåòðîâ. ÇÀÎ «Ýíåðãîìîíòàæ» íàêîïèëî áîëüøîé îïûò óñòðîé- ñòâà è ìîíòàæà âíóòðåííèõ èíæåíåðíûõ ñåòåé è êîììó- íèêàöèé. Êîìáèíàò ÎÀÎ «Ñòðîéêîíñòðóêöèÿ», èìåþùèé â ñâîåì ðàñïîðÿæåíèè 3 áåòîííûõ çàâîäà, ìîæåò ïðîèçâîäèòü 220 ì 3 áåòîíà â ÷àñ. Ìàêñèìàëüíàÿ ïðîèçâîäèòåëü- íîñòü êîìáèíàòà ñîñòàâëÿåò 420 òûñÿ÷ ì 3 áåòîíà â ãîä, ÷òî â äâà ðàçà ïåðåêðûâàåò âñå ïîòðåáíîñòè ïî áåòîíó ïðè ñòðîèòåëüñòâå çàâîäà ÑÏÃ. Îäèí èç áåòîííûõ çàâî- äîâ êîìáèíàòà ïåðåäâèæíîé ñî ñðîêîì ðàçâåðòûâàíèÿ 5 ñóòîê áûë ïðèîáðåòåí â Ôèíëÿíäèè. Êîìáèíàò ïðîèç- âîäèò 150 íàèìåíîâàíèé æåëåçîáåòîííûõ èçäåëèé. ÎÎÎ «Ðåéíåðòñåí ÍÂл çàíÿò ïðîåêòèðîâàíèåì è ïðîèçâîäñòâîì ìåòàëëîêîíñòðóêöèé è òðóáîïðîâîä- íûõ ìîäóëåé äëÿ íåôòåãàçîâûõ êîìïàíèé, îáåñïå÷èâàÿ êîíòðîëü êà÷åñòâà ïðîäóêöèè â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ìåæäó- íàðîäíûìè ñòàíäàðòàìè. Âûïîëíÿëî çàêàç äëÿ íîðâåæ- ñêîãî ïðîåêòà «Îðìåí Ëàíãå». Ñ íåîæèäàííîé ïðåçåíòàöèåé âûñòóïèëî ÎÀÎ «Ìóð- ìàíñêîå ìîðñêîå ïàðîõîäñòâî», ïðåäñòàâèâ íå ñâîè âîçìîæíîñòè ïî ìîðñêîé òðàíñïîðòèðîâêå ãðóçîâ, à èìåþùèéñÿ ïîòåíöèàë ïî ñîçäàíèþ è îáóñòðîéñòâó áå- ðåãîâîé èíôðàñòðóêòóðû. Îïûòà ÌÌÏ íå çàíèìàòü. Ê ïðèìåðó, ñïåöèàëèñòàìè êîìïàíèè ñîçäàí óíèêàëüíûé ïîäâîäíûé òåðìèíàë ïî ïåðåâàëêå íåôòè â êðóãëîãîäè÷- íîì ðåæèìå. Âîçìîæíîñòè æå ïàðîõîäñòâà ïî äîñòàâêå ñîáñòâåííûìè ñóäàìè ãðóçîâ, â òîì ÷èñëå íà íåîáîðó- äîâàííîå ïîáåðåæüå, â êîììåíòàðèÿõ íå íóæäàþòñÿ. The companies have to brisk up the work to meet the standards, to update their production techniques, to retrain staff. All this should have been done yesterday as was done by the construction companies that made up Murmanshelf Construction consortium under the auspices of the association. The consortium managed to pool the potential of 40 construction companies of the Murmansk region willing to develop production sites and infrastructure. The consortium has all the necessary resources and highly skilled staff to do it. At the seminar association members were given the floor to present to the Shtokman Development AG managers their production potential and to express their intention to participate in the Shtokman project. PO Metallurgprokatmontazh Ltd. offers assembling and mounting operations of high complexity degree, which is proved by the quality of the already fulfilled contracts for Atomflot, mining companies, Belomor oil storage depot, where the company constructed 2 tanks of 30 thousand m 3 . The company manufactured up-to-date technological equipment and delivered it to the oil-producers in Usinsk. Having modernized its facilities and having raised the professional level of the personnel, the company has succeeded in trebling its labour productivity. MurmanskTISIZ (Trust of Construction, Engineering and Research), which has its own laboratory, drilling equipment, highly-skilled staff and a lot of experience, is ready to carry out geodesic, geological and ecological surveying. Ship-repairing companies expecting to get a share of contracts also used their chance to present themselves. The Nerpa Shipyard, a subsidiary of Zvezdochka Shiprepair Center, offers a range of services, such as ship repairing, production and installation of pontoon piers. The shipyard has manufactured metal structures weighing 600 tons for the NK Rosneft. The potential of the company is really impressive. The shipyard possesses a slipway, two floating docks, tugboats, cranes and a berth line. Nerpa has prepared a site to put up a plant for cementing subsea pipes. It also has facilities for disposal of oil-rigs. Shipyard No 35, another subsidiary of Zvezdochka, is a complex of 16 divisions occupying an area of 80 hectares. Its berths provide mooring for vessels with a draught of up to 11 metres. The shipyard is ready to start up production of subsea upstream units, for this purpose it intends to set up a special workshop. Two dry docks 170 and 225 metres long can provide repairs. Energomontazh CJSC gained a lot of experience in assembling and installing internal utility facilities and communications. Stroykonstruktsia complex has 3 concrete plants with accumulated production capacity of 220 m 3 of concrete per hour. The maximum output of the complex is 420 thousand m 3 of concrete per year, which is twice as much as the need for concrete when building the LNG plant. One of the concrete plants of the complex, a mobile one, which can be put in operation within 5 days, was bought in Finland. The complex manufactures 150 kinds of concrete products. Reinertsen NWR designs and produces metal structures and pipe-laying modules for oil companies, ensuring control of the quality in compliance with international standards. It was a supplier to the Norwegian Ormen Lange project. Unexpectedly the Murmansk Shipping Company instead of presenting its capabilities of cargo shipment demonstrated its preparedness to take part in creating
