Ïðèìåíÿëàñü òàê íàçûâàåìàÿ «ìåòîäèêà ðåàãèðîâàíèÿ». Ïðèáëèçè- òåëüíî 15 ëåò íàçàä ìû âíåäðèëè ñèñòåìó óïðàâëåíèÿ ÎÇÒÎÑ, êîòîðàÿ ïîçâîëèëà íàì ïðèìåíÿòü «ìåòîäèêó óïðåæäàþùèõ äåéñòâèé». Ýòî ïðèâåëî ê çíà÷èòåëüíî- ìó ñíèæåíèþ ÷èñëà àâàðèé è íåñ÷àñòíûõ ñëó÷àåâ. Ñå- ãîäíÿ äëÿ ïðåäîòâðàùåíèÿ íåñ÷àñòíûõ ñëó÷àåâ è ïîä- Executive & Management Commitment to HSE Commitment to HSE from our executive leadership is extremely important in achieving HSE goals. Our Corporate HSE policy clearly communicates the importance of HSE to all employees. In this policy, our CEO, Chad Deaton, declares “BHI conducts business in a manner that does not harm people or the environment.” All levels of management are tasked with the responsibility of accident prevention and elimination. Accident prevention is every employee’s job and a strong commitment by our Line Management is the foundation of sustaining our HSE performance. At Baker, HSE is a Line Management responsibility. The ultimate responsibility for HSE resides with our CEO; however, in Russia, the Region President and Country Managers for each operating Division are responsible for HSE. Accidents are the result of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. The manager’s knowledge of the job, understanding of the employees doing the job and the manager’s ability to provide coaching and guidance to employees makes the Line Manager the best person to control and eliminate the conditions which can cause accidents. While each and every person is responsible for his or her own safety, the line manager is accountable for maintaining a safe and healthful environment for employees. Integration of HSE into Our Business If you attend a management meeting at Baker Hughes, you will find that HSE is the first agenda item discussed. If you are a new Baker employee, an HSE induction is the first training you will receive before performing your job. We require local and regional managers to attend safety committee meetings and conduct safety and environmental audits both on and offshore. During performance reviews, HSE is one of the primary items discussed. In Russia, I’m a member of the Executive Leadership Team. I provide guidance not just on HSE issues, but finance, personnel and all other business related issues as well. HSE is interwoven throughout the Baker Hughes organization and is just the normal way we do business. Paradigm Shift, Getting to the next Level of HSE Excellence Baker Hughes has experienced a “Paradigm Shift” which has transformed our HSE program from a “Reactive Program” to a “Proactive Program.” This proactive approach to safety is based on proactive leadership by management and employee participation.
