ОАО «Стройтрансгаз», понимая высокую цен- ность человеческой жизни, считает своим долгом обеспечить сотрудникам безопасные условия тру- да. В компании разработана и внедрена Система менеджмента и охраны труда, прошедшая аудит на соответствие стандартам OHSAS 18001:2007; ГОСТ Р 12.0.006-2002. В рамках системы менеджмента существует до- кументированная методологическая инструкция, которая регламентирует процесс идентификации опасностей, оценки рисков и управления ими. Со- гласно методике работа делится на три основных последовательных этапа. Все три этапа являются взаимосвязанными и неразделимыми. Перед началомработ поидентификацииопасно- стей, оценки рисков и установлению мероприятий по управлению ими, создаётся экспертная группа из числа сотрудников компании различных специаль- ностей. В неё входят специалисты по охране труда, промышленной безопасности, механики, прорабы, представители службы качества и т. д. À. Ñ. ÑÎÐÎÊÈÍ, ÎÀÎ «Ñòðîéòðàíñãàç» A. SOROKIN, Stroytransgaz Recognizing the high value of human life Stroytransgaz sets the goal to completely eliminate personal injuries and to ensure personal safety at work. Hazards identification, together with assessment and management of risks compose the key activities to achieve this goal. Stroytransgaz’ Operational Safety and Health Management System includes a documentary methodological instruction regulating process of hazard identification, risk assessment and management. According to the method this activity can be divided into three basic consecutive stages: hazard identification, risk assessment anddevelopment of measures. All three stages are interrelated and inseparable. Following the hazard identification a register of identified hazards is being compiled. Having identified the hazards an expert team starts to assess the risks posed by the hazards. According to the risk degree of the hazards identified relevant corrective measures are adopted to eliminate the hazards and to minimize the risks. Thank to introduction of this procedure Stroytransgaz managed to decrease injuries level by 20 per cent. Furthermore, in a number of the projects realized by STG during the last 3-4 years there have been neither any fatal cases nor even minor injuries resulted in 1 day disability.
