расширять понятие национальных интересов, практически включая в его содержание личностное изме­ рение, а также устойчивость мест­ ных сообществ, включая сохра­ нение и интеграцию сообществ малочисленных коренных народов [13]. Альтернативы развитию ар­ ктических пространств нет, поэто­ му необходимо в ближайшее время переходить к воплощению идей, уже изложенных в правительствен­ ных документах. Взвешенный PR и работа над брендом Арктической зоны Рос­ сийской Федерации играет край­ не важную роль, и это обязатель­ но приведёт нашу страну к новым победам и успехам, поможет на­ много лучше освоить междуна­ родный рынок и занять достойное положение в мировом обще­ стве [14]. Северный морской путь (СМП), залежи полезных ископа­ емых, красивая и суровая п р и р о ­ да Севера, уникальные продукты народной медицины и питания, туризм — всё это есть в Арктике, и может приносить огромную поль­ зу нашей стране и человечеству вообще. В заключение хотелось бы сказать, что Россия — северная страна, и независимо от того, где люди живут, для всех нас А р к т и ­ ка — это объект внимания, пред­ мет гордости и поле для сотруд­ ничества!
