The physical bases of the choice of an HP facility in the lower ionosphere is presented as well as some phy sical effects that can take place when the facility with chousen parameters is operating are briefly discussed. Arykov A .A ., Larin V .P . numerical modelling of the HP discharge in the lower ionosphere. The paper presents the results of numerical model ling of electron kinetics in the lower ionosphere due to the action of a powerful radiowave with intensity of the order of a critical discharge, as well as e large scale structure of an artificially ionized layer, its instabili ties and some optical end chemical effects accompaining the discharge. Larin T . P . , Rumyentsev S.A . On the possibilities of the anthropogenic effect of electromagnetic radiati on on the Earth’ s ozonosphere. The processes of ozone and nitric oxide production by UHP and UV radiations in the atmosphere are considered. The UV influence causes the ozone generation without pro- ducting nitric oxide to the contrary to the case of UHP discharge. The obtained results are vised to consider the possibilities of ozone compensation of the order of 0,1% /year. Estimations show that essential energy expenditu res are of unitstens percent from the world energy pro duction. The ground, stratospheric and orbital locations of the affecting equipment are considered. 77
