The daysky spectrophotometer "Ozone-1" The spectropho tom eter for daysky measurements to rmine an ozone column density, aerosol content and atmospheric spectral transparency is described. An UV- sensitive photomu ltip lier is used and the selected scanning range was 270 to 600 nm w ith digital recording. The spectral resolution is 0.5 nm, and the sampling is made at 0.05 nm. There is no lens o r spherical m irror in front o f the entrance slit, and the field o f view 10° is determined by size o f the grating with 600 grooves/mm. The system for collecting information to provide ground based observations at Lovozero observatory. A complete set fo r ground observations in Lovozero is described. The set allows to carry out three-component measurements o f the magnetic field in U L F frequency range and two-component registration o f VLF-emissions. The equipment fo r ULF - measurements includes two types o f magnetometers. The magnetometers o f the first type are based on the magnetostatic pickup units with photo-electrical transformers. This allows the measurements in the band o f 0-2 Hz. The second one is based on the induction pickups and ensures the measurements in the band o f 0.5-20 Hz. The characteristics o f the magnetometers o f the bo th types are presented. The VLF equipment ensures five-channel registration o f VLF emissions.
