The report reviews the published experimental data and the theoretical approximations of cross sections of proton and H-atom scattering by O 2 and 01 The cross sections discussed in the report describe all main processes of collisional scattering charge exchange, ionization of oxygen, excitation of hydrogen lines, excitation of oxygen emissions, elastic scattering The cross sections are presented by analitical form and figures The error of approximations doesn't exceed the expenmentaJ error The loss functions for equilibrium p-H flux in O 2 and 01 were obtained by the cross sections A list of misprint corrections marked in [1] are presented
