The effects of inhomogeneous heating of polar electrojet in the field of powerful radiowave are discussed in this paper. The important role of eddy currents and chargee separation exiting low-frequency oscillations is illustrated here. Eigenmodes of these oscillations are obtained from geometric dimensions of heating zone and is in the range of 0,05-2,0 kHz. Possibility of electric field and ionoaphere parameters estimation on low- frequency signals characteristics is demonstrated here.
