the observation aecrfccer. The high range and spatial resolution of the Essoyla ra dars permitted to observe the feature of the loop filling by the radioaurora. It is known that the using of a short im pulse radar for the radioaurora observation decreases its sensitivity but such equipment gives us certain advantages. The filling of the inside part of the loop can be seen by observations with a narrow lobe antanna along the meridian, see Fig.5. Radioaurora comes very close to the northern, so uthern and eastern Inside boundaries of the loop and is not overlapped with the arcs, such picture of the joint location of the aurora and radioaurora is typical for the loop cros sing the Loparskaya meridian at 01.20:20 UT. After crossing of the meridian by this looplike auroral surge the radar beam was for some time crossed by the northern and southern arcs which go out from the leading part of the loop. Radio— aurora filled the interval between the arcs as well as be fore and was also observed outside and to the north of the loop on the old location of the diffuse luminosity band. Af ter some time the arcs and the radioaurora start the pole ward motion. After disappearance of the loop at 01 .23 TJT the radloauraral loop filling was connected gradually with the northward radioauroral band. The second less bright loop passed the Loparskaya meridian at 01'.28:20 UT. Inside this хоор there appeared a radioaurora as well as In the first ca se. But this filling was asymmetrical. On the Initial stage the radioaurora was clearly shifted to the equatorial arc while the overlapping between the radioaurora and the arc was absent as always. The discussed feature was noted in the re cent paper by Kustov et al.,1978. Unfortunately we have no desirable data set permitting the common discussion of the radioauroral nature inside the loop. Let us discuss only some facts. The symmetrical filling of the loop Is not questionable If to suggest that there ex ists a strong electric field of the non— compensating electric charge that is carried by precipitating energetic electrons. Such model of arc was considered by Vondrak,1975. Far our event the electric field inside of the loop is directed along the motion to the east. Apparent west orientation of the loop 26
