6 Fig.a presents the active distribution versus the solar wind velocity (IMP-8 measurements / 1 3 / ) • It: is evident that in the first half of the year active periods arise near the moments of velocity increasing. The connection between С and D se quences and the hi g h speed streams is clearly seen. The streams connecting w i t h A and В sequences have be e n formed after the beginning of the year, at first two ro tations the streams are not observed. In the second half of the year the number of streams reduces; during the first half of the Bartel's rotation the sharp increasings of the solar wind velocity is absent. It m a y be noted that the active period arises as a rule simulteneously with solar wind velocity increasing itself is not enough for increasing of activity. The data make an impression that active periods arise as a consequence of the collision of two corpuscular streams caused the crush of the magnetic field normally located in equatorial place. The waves producing IMP component appear; hi g h south wa r d B z produces the m a gnetоspheric substorm. During the first half of the ye a r an additional southward B^ is created by negative IMF component. In the Russian text the description of concrete disturbances of the year is given and their correspondence to the above mentioned statement is analysed.
